National Nutrition Week 2019
National nutrition week was originally launched on Sep 1, 1982, by the Food and Nutrition Board of India to make people aware of health problems caused by malnutrition. Since then the central government of India celebrates the first week of September as National nutrition week.
National nutrition week supports the significance and purpose of appropriate nutrition for the development of the human body. A balanced diet that includes the precise combination of nutrients and calories is imperative for the continuous functioning and growth of the human body.
