The term “sedentary lifestyle” means leading a life that comprises of very little exercise or physical activity. If you never play sports, workout, or walk more than 5 minutes from and to your car, then you also fall in this category. If you spend time online, watch a lot of television, or play video games, then you are actually sitting for a lot of time and this is something very unhealthy.
